Payment and Refund Policy

1. Payment Policy
At Epic Infrateck, we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our clients. To ensure transparency, the following terms outline our payment policies:

1.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods for real estate transactions and services:

Bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
Cheque payments (subject to clearance)
Demand drafts
Online payment gateways
Please note that all payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

1.2 Booking Amount
A non-refundable booking amount is required to reserve any property. The booking amount will be specified during the property selection process.
The remaining balance must be paid as per the agreed-upon payment schedule outlined in the sale agreement.
1.3 Payment Confirmation
Upon receipt of your payment, a confirmation email or receipt will be sent to the registered email address provided by you. Please retain this receipt for future reference.

1.4 Late Payment Policy
Failure to make payments on time may result in penalties, including but not limited to:

Late payment fees
Cancellation of the booking
Forfeiture of the booking amount
2. Refund Policy
Epic Infrateck strives to maintain fair and transparent refund policies to ensure customer satisfaction.

2.1 Booking Amount
The booking amount is non-refundable, except in cases where Epic Infrateck is unable to deliver the property due to unforeseen circumstances or legal issues.
Refunds due to cancellation by the customer will not include the booking amount.
2.2 Cancellation by Epic Infrateck
If Epic Infrateck cancels the project or is unable to deliver the property, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided, including the booking amount, within [30 business days].

2.3 Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, customers must follow these steps:

Submit a written request via email to help@epicinfrateck.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
Include the following details:
Full name
Contact information
Transaction ID or payment reference number
Reason for refund request
Refund requests will be reviewed, and the decision will be communicated within [7 business days].
2.4 Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within [10 business days] and will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.5 No Refunds on Completed Transactions
Refunds will not be issued for fully completed property sales or services already rendered.
