Customer Relation Executive
Job Summary: As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our real estate development projects. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and be responsible for addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups, ensuring their satisfaction with our projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, and provide timely and effective resolution to their issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of our projects and services, and provide customers with accurate information on our offerings.
- Collect customer feedback and insights and communicate them to the relevant teams within the organization.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to provide customers with relevant information on upcoming projects and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and work with the team to implement solutions.
- Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies to improve customer loyalty and retention.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
